EveryStep has its own thrift store – The Giving Tree! The Giving Tree helps us carry out our mission by directing all proceeds from sales toward programs and services that benefit our patients, clients and their families.

We provide exceptional, unique merchandise at affordable prices for our customers in Des Moines and central Iowa. The resale store is a local favorite thanks to its department store-like environment, friendly shopping experience and the high quality of its merchandise.
Donations and gift cards
We gratefully accept your donations of gently used furniture, clothing and accessories, home décor and household items. Donations are accepted at the back of the store Monday-Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. If you need to make a donation after 3:00 p.m., please call ahead to schedule. Donations should be dropped off at the back of our store at 3330 100th Street. If you have a large donation and are unable to arrange for a drop-off, please call us at (515) 270-2414.
