The holidays can be a difficult time for those who have lost a loved one. Cheer Boxes are a holiday box of gifts for individuals and families approaching their first holiday after losing a loved one to help honor their loss.

Nominations
Nominate an individual or a family for a Cheer Box. If you know someone that has experienced a loss and may benefit from a Cheer Box this holiday season, we invite you to anonymously nominate them! Click the link the below to nominate someone today.
Cheer Box Delivery
Help deliver Cheer Boxes in communities throughout Iowa. Boxes will need to be picked up in Urbandale on November 19th or 20th. Additional details will be provided after you sign up. Check back often as new nominations are fulfilled and new opportunities arise.

We need your help and support!
We are always looking for volunteers to help wrap gifts, assist with the inventory process and deliver boxes to families. This project begins in mid-November and ends in early December, but we shop for gifts year-round. Check out our list below. To get involved or donate, email Amanda at afagen@everystep.org.
